Libra

Libra is the seventh sign of the Kaal Purush chart (Natural Zodiac Wheel). It is the second sign that is ruled by Venus.

Complete Description: Libra is second among the three airy signs of the zodiac. It covers the 180° to 210° path of the celestial longitude of 360°. It is ruled by Venus. The Saturn gets exalted in Libra at 0° to 20°, where 20° is its highest degree of exaltation. For Sun, it is the sign of debilitation starting at 0° to 10°, where 10° is its deep debilitation point. It is represented by Balance (the weighing scale). It’s a Movable sign, having Male qualities, and also represents the West direction. It has mixed temperament, which includes all the three elements i.e., Kapha, Pitta, and Vayu (Phlegm, Bilious, and Windy). Its Varan (Caste) is Shudra (Serving Class). It’s a Diurnal sign, which is strong at daytime. The sign Libra is of medium Ascension. It also signifies the place of business or offices, marketplace, high land where corn is grown. It’s a Shirshodaya Sign, with black color complexion.
