Jupiter Transit Report

Jupiter changes sign about once a year. In 2026 it entered Cancer, the sign of its exaltation, on 2 June, and it moves into Leo on 31 October 2026. Traditional transit rules count Jupiter as favourable when it passes through the second, fifth, seventh, ninth, or eleventh house from your Moon. That is only the first test. The houses Jupiter rules in your chart, the houses it aspects from where it stands (the fifth, seventh, and ninth), and your running dasha decide how much of the result you actually see.

Students of timing will know the double transit, a test K. N. Rao made widely known: an event such as marriage or a new job tends to fall when both Jupiter and Saturn influence the relevant house or its lord at once, during a supporting dasha. This report applies that test to your chart wherever your question needs it.

How your report is prepared

Frequently asked questions

Is Jupiter’s transit always good?

No. Jupiter is a natural benefic, but it gives results for the houses it rules in your chart. For some ascendants it rules difficult houses, and then even a strong transit brings mixed results.

Can this report tell me when I will marry?

It can show whether the coming year is a likely window, by checking Jupiter and Saturn together against your seventh house and your dasha. For a full reading of marriage, the Marriage Report looks at much more of the chart.

Remedies are given as traditional practice, with no promise of a result. We never ask you to buy costly rituals.
